Re: If you purchased a rubiTrack 5 Pro Upgrade

I agree. I've happily purchased every rubiTrack version since the initial release (including the subscription to 6), and I expect to continue to do so. I also don't understand why folks spend so much energy complaining. I mean, if someone doesn't think a product is worth its price, that's fine. Don'...

Re: rubiTrack 6 is now available!

I have seen nothing that justifies the move to a subscription model. No cloud sync, no server side needs, etc. that are the common excuse for moving to a subscription model. I think this is more or less accurate, though there is always the cost of ongoing support. For example, the Rubitrack team wi...

Re: Rubitrack iOS sync with Mac

Hello, I'm having the exact same issue described above. Wi-Fi sync between RubiTrack 5 Pro and rt2go never occurs because the iOS app can't find the macOS program even though they are both on the same network. I have the latest version of RubiTrack 5 Pro for macOS (5.3.6) and rt2go for iOS (5.2.10)...

Re: Rubitrack iOS sync with Mac

If, on the off chance you're trying to sync activities recorded with an Apple Watch (i.e. workouts in the Health app), I'd recommend using HealthFit instead of RT2GO. It's simple to use AirDrop to send a .FIT file to your Mac. Much smoother than the WiFi sync. If you're recording using RT2GO, or if ...

It seems to depend on how the Stryd data is collected and transferred to PowerCenter.

5.3.2 not showing Stryd data via Garmin

rubiTrack Pro 5.3.2 (3190) on macOS 10.14.6 Previously I was using Stryd as a standalone footpod, syncing it to the Stryd mobile app after each run. I could then download the .FIT files from Stryd PowerCenter and import them into rubiTrack. RubiTrack shows full Stryd metrics for those workouts (powe...
