Re: Runs not syncing -- Garmin 945 to RubiTrack

For those Garmin devices that don't show up as a volume on the Mac, you need to use the Android File Transfer app (https://www.android.com/filetransfer/) to access the raw data.

When you plug the Forerunner into the USB port, does it mount as a volume in the Mac?

Re: Stryd power data

Stryd elected to store the power data in a non-standard way that is difficult to read. There is a standard way to store power data in FIT files, which Stryd does not use. Re: Import from Sporttrack logbook

Hello,

you can import activities from Sporttracks by first exporting them (in Sporttracks) into the .FITLOG format. That file you can then import into rubiTrack. rubiTrack imports athlete log entries only from LOGBOOK* files.

Re: Import from Rubitrack 4 pro to Rubitrack 5 pro

Hello,

all you have to do is use "File > Open…" and select the old .rubitrack4 file. When the upgrade is complete, save it under a new name.

More information on upgrading is available here: https://www.rubitrack.com/faq.html#documentupgrade

Re: rt5 on new SSD

Hello,

did you change the Cloud Download Limit in the rubiTrack preferences (via "rubiTrack > Preferences > WiFi & Cloud") to "All Activities"?

If not, this likely is the problem.
