rt5 on new SSD

Post by Fabriziover » Mon Oct 21, 2019 5:10 pm

Hello,
I had problems with my old HD that broke, and I lost my rt4 file, so now I can't import anything on my new SSD and on rt5 pro :-( but I have everything stored on Strava, but from this with rt5 you can download at the latest the last year of activity, can someone help me to tell me how to download all the 10 years of activity I have on strava and that I would like to report on rt5?

Thank you very much for the help.

Hello,

did you change the Cloud Download Limit in the rubiTrack preferences (via "rubiTrack > Preferences > WiFi & Cloud") to "All Activities"?

If not, this likely is the problem.

Best Regards
Markus

Hello Markus,
I had really missed it 😔.
Markus, could I please have the discount to buy the new rt5 license? with the breakup of my old HD I lost everything, but if you want to test the old purchase I can send you the invoice of the old purchase. I would be grateful to you.

Regards
Fabrizio
