rubiTrack News

Post by mspoettl »

Hello Everybody,

today it is my great pleasure to officially pre-announce rubiTrack 6, the latest (and greatest) major upgrade to our favorite app.

rubiTrack 6 comes with a lot of new and useful new stuff including: Dark mode, Apple Silicon support, timespans, configurations and zones history and many others. Here are a few pictures:

.
Among many other new things, rubiTrack 6 will also put an end to the Garmin Connect problems. We have partnered with Garmin and implemented official Garmin API, which makes Garmin Connect access as reliable and fast as it should be.

More news to follow in the coming weeks...

Best Regards
Markus

Hello rubiTrackers,

small fish today, but still useful:

The decade activity group filter. If you're like me, collecting activities for - well - decades, the year list becomes rather long. This feature will help (you can turn it off).

Hi folks,

I have something to go into the weekend with for you: V6 will have a nice little feature that lets you adjust chart colors:

Color sets can be saved to files and shared.

Very excited to see new version on the way! a few personal wish lists for V6.0, these are things I have to find on other sites or services:
*Heat maps (like Strava, but also I found a simple python on GitHub that does just as well)
*HR available for indoor lap swim activities (like in Garmin Connect)
* Cumulative plots, all month to month or year to year progress etc (ConnectStats does this really well)
*Data export from activity list

oh and one more minor one- Alphabetic sorting of equipment (rather than order selected)

Happy to test when ready!
Cheers

Hey Marcus
Any updates when V6 will be available?
I will get it straight away if there's any discount when upgrading from V5 like we had it with the previous versions.

Cheers,
Adrian
