Export all activities

Post by mattgy » Thu Jan 28, 2010 11:00 am

It would be very useful to be able to export all activities in TCX or GPX format rather than have to individually export each one.

I use rubiTrack as my main workout tracking tool, but sometimes I want to try a new web app or temporarily put my activities back on SportTracks if I'm going on a prolonged road trip with my work laptop.. that's unfortunately Windows-based.

These are just two reasons but there are other ones, too. The ability to export all your data to a standard format is a basic function that rubiTrack is missing.

Cheers,
Matt

I just updated another topic, and I confirm this feature is definitely missing :-(
I would like to use Garmin Connect on top of Rubitrack, and I can't have my Rubitrack "library" copied to Garmin...

I've been waiting for this feature for about two years now...

Yes exactly!

I've always been delighted and impressed by the quality of Rubitrack and with the quality of support we get on this forum, thanks for that.
On the other hand, I have the feeling that not featuring "multiple export" is a way to lock my activities inside Rubitrack.
I don't intend to leave, not at all, but it is frustrating...

Well I have 783 individual exports to go...(cracks knuckles). When I'm done I'm going to log this export job as a workout as well..in Training Peaks.

Exporting all/multiple activities is already supported. There is no locking-in going on. It already does what it should.
